Resource Planning
On the Resource Planning page in Wobbly.me, you have the ability to oversee your team's workload and allocate resources efficiently across various projects and tasks.
- Project: Filter the displayed data by a specific project.
- Members: Filter the data by a specific team member.
- Tags: Filter the data using specific tags.
- Show by: Choose how the data is displayed: by week, day, month, or year.
To create a plan, follow these steps:
- Click the "Add Plan" button.
- Enter a name for the task.
- Select the start and end dates for the plan.
- Select the team members you want to include in the plan.
- Select the project you want to add from the dropdown menu.
- Add a description to the plan if needed.
- Save the plan by clicking the "Add Plan" button.
Once the plan is created, it can be viewed, edited, and deleted as necessary on the Resource Planning page.
As an owner or admin, you can also fill out profile information for team members by following these steps:
- Go to the Resource Planning page.
- Click on the user whose profile you want to fill out.
- A pop-up with the user's profile will appear. Click on "Edit" button.
- Fill out the necessary information in the various fields, such as Join date, Vacation reset, Workload, Day off, Sick leaves, and Vacation days.
- Click the "Save changes" button to save your changes.
